Bread crumbed and deep-fried mini rice balls 4 cheeses and parsley, Basil tomato sauce (Vegetarian, Nuts Free)
Quite possibly the most significant product from Sicily apart from the infamous Cosa Nostra, and far more pleasant and infinitely tastier. These rice treats have a crunchy exterior and a soft luxurious centre.
Baked Barramundi fillet, spiced broccoli and almonds (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
The rich flavoured flesh combined with a holding but soft texture make Barramundi a true delicacy. It readily accepts a little spicy heat and the flaked almonds is the icing on the cake.
Beef ragu, béchamel sauce, tomato salsa, pecorino cheese (Nuts Free)
Here we have the ultimate comfort food from the home of comfort food. Soft layers of pasta and luscious béchamel interspersed with beef ragu with a little lift from tangy fresh tomato sauce.
Gnocchi 4 Cheeses and Truffle
Fresh potato gnocchi, four cheeses fondue, black truffle sauce (Vegetarian, Nuts Free)
There is only one rule with a 4-cheese sauce; they all must be Italian formaggi. The key is how the 4 disparate cheese sensations combine into one homogenous elixir. The addition of the noble truffle is a tasty bonus.
Savoiardi biscuits, mascarpone cheese, coffee and cocoa powder (Vegetarian, Nuts Free)
Anyone with a sweet tooth knows what to expect here. Savoiardi or ladyfinger sponge biscuits are soaked with coffee and chocolate flavours tempered with some creamy mascarpone. A wonderful indulgence.
